Waxed Canvas Hat

This cap made of waxed cotton is both fashionable and functional, with a strong and durable design. It was inspired by sailors from the past who used paraffin wax to create sturdy sail fabric. It is wind and waterproof in inclement weather and breathable when warm, making it ideal for year-round wear.

It's constructed with a traditional mid-crown, five-panel design with a standard brim. It features an adjustable leather strap with an antique embossed brass buckle to fit all head sizes comfortably. The cotton can be re-waxed when the coating eventually wears off. And unlike mesh-backed trucker hats, it'll keep the bugs at bay on camping trips—or even double as a water bowl for a thirsty pup.
